Felt like changing up Neon Boom’s design a little bit~ I tried to make her hair look like fire c:
I see a lot of Ponys with Neon Booms boots, so i changed them too, so they have crown parts on it now.
Also changed her lower necklace and ear; I will make a ref for it soon.
